  Altar Server Training for new and current Altar Servers will be held on Saturday, May 12 at 9:00 AM at St. John the Evangelist Church
  Come and share your faith by serving God on the Altar at Mass.
  Students in Grades 3-12 who have already received First Holy Communion are invited

  At our next Men's Group meeting we are very happy to have Dan Matthews join us for a reflection on "Our thoughts when we feel God is not there." Come join us on Tuesday, May 15th at 7:30 pm at St. John the Evangelist (in the church hall) for our monthly time together. We'll have a time for intercessory prayer, a short reflection by Dan Matthews whom many of you know from his past times with us, followed by a little social time. Please feel free to come and invite a friend to come along.

  Sunday, May 20th will be our final Life Night of the school year. To end the year in style, the Life Night is being run by Anthony Olenski & LifeTeen alumni Mary Ryan & GraceAnne Sullivan. You don’t want to miss this!
  We begin with a Mass and end with a picnic to recognize our graduating seniors: Paola
  Dante, Gabby Liano & Thomas Masayda.

• Young Adult Ministry

  Monday May 21, 2018 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM

  Young Adult Ministry will begin meeting weekly on Monday,May 21 at 6:30PM at the Faith Formation Center.
  Crossroads 4 Christ, a new model for young adult ministry for Catholics ages 18-32 will be introduced on this evening.
  In conjunction with this, and in response to requests from many, we will begin holding a regular weekly holy hour, Monday evenings (excluding holidays) from 7 to 8 PM, in the church.. We encourage all to attend the Holy Hour.

  If you can supply a 2 lb. cooked meat loaf, cans of vegetables, or would like to help serve, please sign up on the sheet located at the parking-lot side entrance to the church.
  
  Bring your meat loaf and vegetables to the church parking lot at 9:00 AM on Saturday.
