Thank you to all that made this year’s Christmas Masses Go Smoothly - Set Up Team, Bakers, Decorators, Candle Lighters, Greeters, Ushers, Parking Attendants, Lectors, Eucharistic Ministers, Choir, Musicians, Substitute Musicians and everyone else. Thank you to all that parked at off site locations - the 4pm Mass had nearly 900 people in attendance and the parking lot still had space! If you were on vacation and would like have a St John Parish ornament that was handed out after the Christmas Masses, please stop by our office. 
 
January 1st is a Holy Day of Obligation - Mary, Mother of God. We will have a 5pm Vigil Mass, on December 31 as well as 9am and 11am Masses on January 1. Immediately following the vigil Mass on December 31, there will be a toast (champagne or sparkling cider) to the New Year. Please Join Us! Also on December 31st, there will be a Holy Hour from 7pm to 8pm. 
 
Lifeteen Youth Ministry will be holding their Annual Christmas Party on Sunday December 30th at 6:15pm
 
Faith Formation Help Wanted - Children’s Liturgy, the program that allows children to go downstairs to hear the Gospel at their age level, during Sunday Morning Masses, needs more volunteers to support a growing attendance. We are also looking for Catechists for to teach grades 2 & 7 on Tuesday Evenings and Grade 8 on Sundays. Please contact the Faith Formation office if interested.
