On Thursday, July 29, C4C will meet from 7 to 8:15PM in the Parish Center/Gymnasium at St. John School to learn about SoulCore.  SoulCore is a Marian apostolate that integrates the prayers of the rosary with core strengthening, stretching and movement.  It nourishes the body & soul, while encouraging a deeper reflection on the Mysteries and virtues of the rosary.
