Operation Christmas Child Shoebox Gifts

This year St. John Church is again participating in the Operation Christmas Child project. If you would like to help, there are gift boxes atthe main church entrance. You may also use standard empty shoe boxes or plastic containers of the same size. Wrapping is not required, but if you do wrap, the lid must be wrapped separately. Boxes may be filled with a variety of new gifts, such as toys, hairbrushes, socks, hygiene items. No used or damaged items are accepted. Please No Candy! Also, no perishables, no lotions or medicines, no war-related items and nothing breakable may be accepted. The tag must indicate the appropriate single age level of 2-4, 5-9 or 10-14 years old and whether it is for a boy or a girl. Put a rubber band around the box and return it to St. John Church from November 10 - 18. There is also a suggested donation of $9 per box to cover the shipping costs.
