Partial Fasting Program - Learn about adopting fasting practices into your prayer life. Our spiritual development team will be presenting on how to carry out a partial or “Daniel” Fast, which is he practice of consuming simple plant-based foods such as fruits, vegetables, oats, beans and rice as a means of sustenance. The spiritual as well as physical and psychological benefits will also be shared. As part of the program, you will receive a “meal kit,” of two prepared morning meals, two to-go lunches, and one simple to prepare supper. The Program will be held on Wed. March 13, 7-8, at the Faith Formation Center.
Film Viewing - Pro Life will be showing the movie Paul the Apostle of Christ, date TBA.
Baked Stuffed Shrimp Supper - Friday March 22, 4-7:30pm, St John Parish Center. Proceeds Support St John LifeTeen Program.
Medical Equipment Collection for Foreign Aid - Crutches, Wheelchairs, and other used medical equipment is being collected to be put to good use in other parts of the world.
Fish Fry Supper - A Classic Fish ’N Chips supper is again being offered by St John this Lent. Beer Battered Cod & Hand Cut French Fries. April 12, 5-7 PM at St John Parish Center.
