Lenten Observances

Confessions
For your convenience, the Sacrament of Reconciliation will be offered every Lenten Monday in every parish in the Archdiocese of Hartford. At St. John's they will be from 6:00-7:00 PM.

Adoration
Our Monday Holy Hour continues during Lent, from 7:00-8:00 PM. On Lenten Fridays, the Blessed Sacrament will be exposed after the 12:10 PM Mass and will be reposed just before the beginnning of the Stations of the Cross. The Blessed Sacrament cannot be left alone, so we need people to sign up to be present during the time between Exposition and Benediction. Sign up sheets are at the parking lot side entrance to the church.

Stations of the Cross
Join us for Stations of the Cross on Fridays at 7:00 PM. Due to COVID restrictions this year we ask that you maintain appropriate social distances, as during Mass. Disposable response sheets will be provided each week. Congregational singing is not permitted.
