Rooted in Faith, Opening Wide Our Hearts

On Wednesday, Feb. 3, 7:00 PM, The Office for Catholic Social Justice Ministry of the Archdiocese of Hartford will continue its conference series with An Interfaith Panel:  The 3 Amigos Speak about Race.  Monsignor Joseph Donnelly of Sacred Heart Church in Southbury, Imam Gazmend Aga of the Albanian American Muslim Community in Waterbury and Rabbi Eric Polokoff of B’nai Israel in Southbury are affectionately known as “The Three Amigos”.

The panel will discuss racism/racial relations from the perspective of their three religious traditions.  Each faith leader will then talk about how their interfaith discussions have impacted them personally, and from the point of view of its impact on their congregations.  The Webinar is free; advanced registration is required and available at: www.catholicsocialjustice.org/open-wide-our-hearts.html
