The Council of Catholic Women of St. John The Evangelist and the Ladies Ministry of St. Mary Magdalen have now merged as ONE group.  We will now meet together to help our parish, our community and to grow personally through fun meetings with speakers and socializing. 

Our first meeting of the 2022-2023 season will be on Monday, September 12 at 7 pm in Fr. Filip Hall, at St. John the Evangelist Church.  There will be a short business meeting followed by Diane Ciba from the Watertown History Museum speaking on “How We Got Our Kicks in 1966!”  This will be a fun meeting about the history of Main Street, Watertown and Oakville.  Women from St. John the Evangelist and St. Mary Magdalen are invited to join us for this meeting and desserts.  New members are always welcome!  If you would like to bring a donation for the local Food Bank, there is a need for school snacks such as pudding cups, fruit cups, granola bars. Etc.

There will be a second meeting on Tuesday, September 13 at           7 pm at St. Mary Magdalen Rectory meeting room to plan the annual Christmas Bazaar that the women will be hosting in November.  Come join the fun and help out our Parish!    

The women’s group will soon be changing its name to a new, dynamic unified name to reflect ONE group of our new Holy Disciples Parish.   This is an exciting time for the women of our parish!
