During Lent, our thoughts often turn to the Sacrament of Reconciliation, a sacrament that, for too many of us, we revisit only once per year as we do our Easter Duty. In our March Men's Group we will be sharing about another sacrament whose grace is with us every day but one we don't often think about, namely the Sacrament of Confirmation.

This is the sacrament that had given us the grace to practice our Faith and be a witness for God in our everyday lives. We received special gifts from the Holy Spirit to help us do just that. This is the sacrament that helps us in having a deeper relationship with God and a closer bond to our Church and the Body of Christ... but it's not one we think of often. This month, we will talk about the sacrament of Confirmation and share ideas with Brendan McDonald as he prepares to talk to students in their Faith Formation classes. Come and renew your understanding about Confirmation as we all look at ways that God's grace has influenced our own lives since our own Confirmations. It promises to be a time of renewal, of learning and of sharing.
