Dignity of Life Seminar - June 29
Jun 10, 2017
St John the Evangelist and The Catholic Cemetery Association will be hosting a presentation focused on educating our Parish family about the challenges facing practically every family: Maintaining the dignity of life during end-of-life discussions. The Catholic Cemeteries Association will conduct the program with the assistance of an Elder Care Attorney, Long Term Care Provider, and Funeral Director. They will answer questions on how to manage these elements of the golden years. It is for age 50+ parishioners or the children of older parishioners who are worried about them. The seminar should take about an hour. Refreshments will be served. These sessions will be offered at St John the Evangelist on Thursday, June 29, 2017, at 1 - 2 PM and 7 - 8 PM in the Convent. Please pick-up a flyer in the vestibule, and fill-out the portion of the flyer indicating which of these two Seminars you will attend – and drop it in the seminar basket. In this way we will get an idea of the number of parishioners who will be attending each session.
